You didn’t prepare properly.

If you have been dieting for a long time, chances are that your body has become adapted to your style of living, so there is every possibility that your chances of losing weight are slim.

You didn’t set a timeline.

For your diets to work correctly, you need to have a picture of an end in mind.

You need to know when to take a break and go on maintenance, and if the need may arise for you need to go on another diet, then you need to prepare your body and mind for another round of the diet. 


You don’t have a solid reason for dieting.

Its possible you went on a diet because you just felt fat, or because a friend has discovered a new kind of diet and you just thought it might be good to join her since well you have some fat to lose, which always leads to stop halfway because it wasn’t the plan in the first place. 

 You don’t understand how to diet.

When we hear the word diet, we think of restricting, cutting food groups, starvation, and the rest. We have been told for years and years of our life, and it’s mind-blowing how many people are stuck in this cycle; I recently made a podcast explaining what diet and s  how to diet that will help you out and clarify some confusing information around dieting. 

Your expectation might be hurting you.

Due to constant failures associated with diets, we often expect to fail before we even start the journey, and what you expect is what you get. Even when you have all the correct information, and you still think that this will never work for me, it will not work. 

So it is always advisable to start fresh, forgetting all your past failures and focusing on making this one a victory 

And with the correct information and mindset, you will never have to diet again.
